I am 30 years old and this is the 2nd month (not in a row) that I have had two menstrual cycles. It is very painful-the cramping, the headaches, etc. I am also having trouble controlling my bladder at night (not complete loss, but leakage). --I stop drinking fluids at least 2 hours b4 bed.

I tried talking to my Psych. but he said he can't help with the GYN problems and bladder control. I am on Disability (Medicaid) and all that covers is my Psych. visits, so I am at a loss of what to do or what is going on?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Amberlynn: I am a former RN. i can't tell much from what you posted because you really need labs to discover what looks to me like physical problems, possible Urinary Tract Infection. I don't know if you are on Birth Control or other meds--they could mess up your cycles if too high or low of a dose or if you accidently missed any pills---or if you are trying that new Yasmin or whateverit is it might not like your body . Unfortunately, this reads like one of those situations where a Doctor is needed. Is there maybe a Womens' Clinic in your town or city. I know Mpls., MN has one that works out of the U of Minnesota and charges on a sliding scale of ability to pay???
