I had a phone interview today with a great paying job but the lady called me 20 minutes late and I missed her called. I called her back within 2 minutes and left her a voice message. She hasn't called me back yet. I did leave a second voice message four hours later requesting a call back. My boyfriend was really excited about me getting this job because it would have put us in a good place financially. He has a good job too but with both of us making good money it would be awesome!. I feel as though I let him down. I asked him not to get his hopes up too high in the first place because anything is possible. I felt so bad and my xanax did not even help.
I did get a call from a lower paying job offering me employment TODAY but he didn't even congratulate me. This job is 40 hours plus some overtime but the pay is lower. I start this job in two weeks
All this in one day!! I know I should count my blessings but I still feel horrible. My emotions are all over the place!!!

Congrats! And well done with landing the job! If ur boyfriend doesn't congratulate u, we're all here to congratulate u. So don't feel bad about that.
