Bad dreams

Hi guys hope everyone has been doing well.
Have to give you a little background so the next part makes sense. I live with my Uncle right now, my Auntie passed away Dec 2 this past year. My Uncle came in my room and said "I think she's dead". I started CPR but nothing really could be done, seemed like it took paramedics forever to get here. The worst part of everything was hearing my uncle wail before he called 911.
Lately Ive had a few dreams about my Aunt which is fine, but last I had one that was quite upsetting to me. In the dream. My Aunt was there but she didn't know she was dead and she didn't look like she was dead, me and my Uncle kept looking at each other and saying things to each other just short of mentioning she was dead.
Very unsettling dream and I don't know why Im having these dreams right now and I don't like it.

I am so very sorry to hear about your aunt. That was such a traumatic event--I feel for your uncle as well. Was it very unexpected? I can sort of see having a dream like yours if that is the case, and I can see why you don't like it. Perhaps your dream might be the kind of dream that reoccurs for a while? Have you ever tried sorting out the dream before you go to sleep? Telling yourself what you would like to happen in your dream in advance?

Yes artista it was very unexpected, he went in her room to see if she was up yet bc they were going to his moms house. He found her down on the floor.
I will try that with my dreams, I don't always remember them but lately they have been very vivid. It's definitely worth a try.
