I did a deep squat in the grocery store in my yoga pants, the bread Isle. Ancestors appreciation move for poop squatting. My husband came in and said I have something funny for you. A man just said. I'd like to thank my arms for always being by my side. I'd like to thank my legs for always standing by. I'd like to thank my hands because I can always count on them. He has a joyful face my husband. We call him funny baby. Like a sesame Street character. Kid loving. Non threatening. He came back and said, thank my legs for supporting me. I like the first way he said it. More poetic.

Take a #@$%&*...well I can't I'm constipated... as my psychologist said. I am always difficult for everyone to understand. Especially myself.
