Weird BP symptoms

Had a short mixed episode couple of weeks ago that lasted about 2 weeks. My symptoms were crying thoughts were going too fast thru my head, irritated and couldn’t sleep. When I started seeing shadow men and hearing whispering it was definitely time to go to the doc, even tho I wasn’t scared of them.
But to me the oddest symptom I had was random twitching it seemed the worse my other symptoms got the worse the twitching got, so maybe it was a physical manifestation of my mental issues or am I thinking to hard
