Always nice to see new people, ask any questions you have there are nice people with answers and suggestions. This site has a good mood tracker. Also if you have a smartphone or tablet there are good apps to track moods, I’m currently using Daylio.
I also journal especially when things get overwhelming, it helps getting the feelings out and down on paper where I can see them, some how it makes it less daunting. It’s been very helpful lately, I’ve been dealing with auditory hallucinations and increased anxiety bc of it.
