I take Irwin Naturals Men's multivitamin, fish oil and some herbal based prostate health vitamins (Irwin again). And I sometimes take Himalaya Liver Care for a week or more. I drink Kombuchka a couple times a week.

I eat healthy food usually but eat too much at a time. I'm trying to eat much less amount more often.

I take Fish Oil and Prenatal Vitamins. They're goot at keeping me healthy so that's a good thing. I'm also "supposed" to be on a diet from an app on my Kindle Fire, but I have kinda "stopped" it. I will probably continue it after the holidays are over. But the diet is worth it and it is quite helpful and I have actually had more succes with it than just dieting and excercise alone.

Current medications as of 12-05-2012
09-02-2011 - Present: Prenatal Vitamins, 100mg. Once Every Morning
05-27-2012 - Present: Krill Oil, 2,000mg. Once at lunchtime
08-31-2012 - Present: Propranolol, 40mg. Once In The Morning
08-31-2012 - Present: Propranolol, 40mg. Once Before Bed
10-25-2012 - Present: Seroquel, 100mg. As needed at night
10-25-2012 - Present: Seroquel, 200mg. Once Before Bed

If you're a guy, Super Beta Prostate supplement is great for improving prostate health. It not only contains high amounts of beta-sitosterol but also contains 12 other essential nutrients so you might not have to take too many supplements together with it.

I don't take more foods supplements, I focus more on natural healthy foods.
I take more raw fruits and vegetables foods in my diet to get natural vitamins, fiber, mineral, and nutrition.
I take ony omega 3 fish oil supplement because it is an excellent nutrition for the health.
It improves the brain and heart health and also control my body weight.

I also try to eat a very balanced diet more than supplementing with pills, but I do take a handful of daily supplements:

Omega 3
Calcium/Magnesium
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
B12 (I don't eat a lot of animal products)
Vitamin D
Biotin (healthy hair/nails)

Nothing endures but change.
