For the past 4 years, I have made it a habit of eating a hearty green vegetable almost every day. Being full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber- they provide lots of energy and promote a happy and invigorating feeling. I try to keep my salads simple by just adding carrots and or tomatoes.
Although very tasty raw, they are also good steamed.
