What an embarrassing thing to bring up in the forums..body odor. Since I began taking Fish Oil supplements the body odor problem is getting out of hand. I even tried switching to Krill Oil but it has only made a slight improvement. I am seriously thinking about not taking them any more. Any advice out there? Any other omega 3 supplements beside fish oil worth trying? I thank you..and my teenage daughter who has the most sensitive nose of anyone that I know thanks you as well!

I've never heard of this! I know all too well the "fish burps" you get after taking fish oil capsules, but have found this brand "Ultimate Omega" to be the best because it's coated with lemon oil which reduces the fish burps.

As for other sources of omega 3 - you could always load up on dietary sources like salmon, walnuts and even flax. You can buy flax oil in any health food store - maybe try that instead? You can even get the flax seeds and put them on your salads - or grind them - 2 Tbsp of ground flax seeds contain 132% of your daily requirement of omega 3.

Nothing endures but change.

I'm sure it is very personal, but I've found that if I take a really high-end omega 3 supplement, it has reduced any of the side effects for me. I take 4,000 fish w krill without any side effects. Not trying to sell anyone but I purchase from purity products.com. As for other vitamins, I just buy them at the drugstore.
