I went Vegan (plant based) I steer clear of processed Vegan food/snacks/drinks, I drink only water and plain green tea. I'm keeping track like AnimeEmoGirl with the My Fitness Pal app. I love how I feel stabilized more because of my lifestyle change. Sugar is like a drug and have me crazy as all outdoors, and being Vegan no sugar is allowed, just stuff like Maple Syrup, but I'm on a weight loss regimen right now so I steer clear from additional calories.
I trust that everything happens for a reason, even when we're not wise enough to see it.
