I have a hard time with sugar as well. It didn't used to be a problem for me then BAM I want sweets all the time. I know I should cut my diet sodas out, it's hard tho.
I'm doing weight watchers right now, I started about a month ago and I've lost 8 pounds so far. I'm hoping to keep it up. Eating fruit and veggies has helped, but that's what they tell you to do isn't it. Lol
