If you have no any trainer for the weight loss, you can also lose the
weight personally following some natural weight loss tips such as:
Do the cardio exercises daily for at least 30 minutes.
Take healthy and balanced diet containing more vegetables and fruits, and juices.
Avoid more fat and fast foods.
Take green tea and citrus fruits juices.
Take fish and fish oil for the fat burning.

I belong to a weight loss support group TOPS~ Taking Off Pounds Sensibly. The weekly support, weigh in and educational talks really help. It also is a weekly meeting that I am dedicated to, so when I might not feel up to visiting a friend, I still go to the meetings. They give support and also great feed back when I am getting elevated or too quiet (depressed).

Another benefit for me, is that I get on a scale and realize when I am truly hitting bottom, I don't eat and barely sleep and there is no hiding from the numbers on the scale.
