A good exercise plan is necessary for the weight loss and fitness improvement. Nobody can get fitness or lose extra body weight without regular exercise plan. Cardio exercise plan such as running, jogging, swimming, and cycling etc. is more effective one workout plan for the weight loss. I do agree with you, exercise is key of fitness, without a good fitness program you can't manage your fitness. For me cardio and stretching are best exercises, they have multiple benefits.

well there are many exercises for weight loss, but cardio exercises is good, such as jogging, running, swimming, walking, etc. is very good, so do these exercises regularly 40 to 50 minutes.
