No doubt weight loss is a slow process, but it can be accomplished through some simple actions. Here are some simple suggestion for losing weight.
1. Eat variety of foods
2. Start snaking on fruits
3.Understand it’s not a quick fix.
4.Less or no junk-food
5.Adopt a good physical workout routine

Well try to eat 4 small meals day carbs like oatmeal or eggs, for morning try and make lunch and dinner more protein, and vegetable ie chicken,turkey and fish with veggies. And have 2 snack like a hand full of dried fruit or nuts.Drink plenty of water every day.
