I believe for people who have medical issues who can exercise,exercise can be a very positive thing for us,improving our mood,reducing our stress,reducing high blood pressure and much more.but it's important you don't overdo it;do what your body will allow.Weight Loss goes right along with exercising.Here are a couple of my tips for proper weight loss for us who want to lose weight sensibly:
1. Cut out processed sugars and artificial sweeteners(splenda,nuvia,etc).
2. Cut out junk foods such as chips,cookies,cakes.
3. Switch from white bread to wheat bread.
4. Eat 5-6 small meals spaced out 3-4 hours between each other.
this is just a starting point but a good one!
