In my opinion exercise and diet both are useful tools for fitness and weight lose. Without missing any one element we can't lose weight easily. For good diet ideas and exercise programs join our boot camp today.

Well in my opinion if you want to reduce weight so cut off all the healthy foods, fast food, and drink 7 to 8 glass of water daily, eat fresh vegetables and fresh juice, do regularly exercise.
