Weekly exercise goal

I wanted to just update on the daily topic but there is no option to reply right now for some reason.

Everytime I start to get back into a routine I let something interfere. It is really hard keeping exercise a priority and the only way I get it done somedays is by telling myself I only have to do it for 15 minutes. Usually I'm able to last at least 30 minutes once I just get started. Walking on the treadmill is working for me now but as soon as the weather warms a little I want to go outside again because the fresh air helps even more than the exercise for me.

Apparently I have some S.A.D. becuase I looked at last year and I had a couple of horrible months in the winter. This year is looking better.

Since finally getting this generic depakote, I have had more energy and focus. I have the drive I used to have. Though, it could change at the drop of the hat. I use the Wii Fit though. I feel that no matter how you feel, it is a great way to keep you motivated. Also, there is a game called Active. It is a personal trainer. It even keeps track of how you eat and how much water you drink. I love that. There is a number two, with a more extensive food tracker and more exercises.

I would look into this. If you ever get in a mood and still want to work out, want to punch the air LOL....this is a great tool and it rewards you. The encouragement is nice too....Keep up the good work hun. I sure am going to try.
