My sleep is in short periods...sleep for a couple hours at a time, started on Lomectil 1 mg for 2 weeks, then increase to 2mg. Does this drug help sleep? I took my first dose last night, but was awake at 2 as usual. then went back to sleep at 3 and slept until 5..which usual time for me to get up. Depression is severe to due having my daughter pass away in July. Anxiety is severe at times but am recognizing it when it happens, I tell my partner..OK anxiety level is rising and I am getting nervous!!!.......could use some help with all this so please reply.
