Hello,
In these last days has cost me enough sleep. I feel like I have so much I want do not want to sleep. Some nights I sleep only 1 hour and am still very lucid. When this happens I take a quarter of a 5 mg clonazepam to sleep, but I sleep 15 or 16 hours in these cases. Maybe it's because I have low blood pressure that clonazepam or any other drug that could induce sleep me makes me sleep too. Actually I'm a little concerned that although I am very lucid sleeping little afraid this affect my health in the long run.
Regards,
Yessica

If you have bipolar disorder lack of sleep can make you go manic. I think maybe you shouild take the small dose of clonazapam maybe earlier then try to sleep. As for the dose I think you meen a quarter of a 0.5 mg clonazapam because 5 mg is a large dose and I don't think they make clonazapam in 5 mg. It is 0.5 mg and 2 mg tabs.

Maybe try a over the counter sleep aid or valarian in the herbal section. The most important is not to sleep the 15 hour because then you will never be tired at bedtime. Sleep 8 or 9 hours then wake up even if you feel like still sleeping.

I have a hard time sleeping also and when I finally fall asleep I don't want to get up and sleep to much in the long run so i know what you feel like. Good luck
