Hi, very interesting. I never felt I had problems with periods, hormones, moods much when I was in my youth, I felt it more when I hit 35.
I look to do the day I don't have periods any longer, yet that doesn't mean that my normones won't continue to do a dance on my head, right?
I feel the flair up of aches pains, you name it 10-days prior only when I beginto bleed do I find some confort and sanity. Being manic depressive and being dx'd so late in life (now on meds) for same I manage, but I do notice that there's a big difference once a month where I wonder IS IT my rapid cycling bipolar kicking me, or is it just the hormonal imbalance playing me so rudely.
I'm so thrilled to hear that you are symptom free now and healthy living a good life. Thank you for sharing.
I'm in perimenopause stage and have been for several years now, irregular periods. I would like them to cease completely . I hope and pray when that day arrives I'll get to enjoy some relief like you are now. I've heard stories about keeping your period goign as long as you can, being the better way, Suzanne Somers I can't recollect fully now - but the meaning behind that iis that when it ends, you're bascially dying off, women aging faster than men syndrome. I don't know how much of that is truth. Any comments?
