earned my b.a.
successfuly raised two young gentlemen
successfully helped get my LD son out of grade school and into college.
earned my teaching license
became a facilitator for a mental illness support group
did a good job as captain's wife supporting families while
soldiers were in Korea
I have been able to be there for friends and family when they
needed me.
accepted my diagnosis without denial and take my meds as
correctly as possible.
I am able to read the voices of reason and heed their wise advice.
most of the time
these I consider successes over my lifetime. I hope for many more
to come!

I really love seeing this. I can't begin to tell you how much this picks me up and makes me smile. Now the thing to do with this is when you get down, read this post. Remind yourself you are capable of success, and that you have a history of just that and keep on trying.
