GAD & possible mood disorder

My son was born and died almost 3 years ago. I have been seeing a therapist 1 time a week and saw my psych 2 times but will now see him once a month. I have a 20 month old baby (got pg 7 months after losing my son) and she still nurses so I can't get on any meds to really help me but xanax is a short half life so I use that and my baby only nurses very few times and durations. I am going to try to load my chart here and see if anyone sees any cyclothymia or anything else. I feel deep in my heart there is a mood disorder but I never felt bi polar before (based on what I thought BP was) cyclothymia seems to fit with my ever changing moods and feelings a little better
