I know it's hard. And I know that some days you don't want to get out of bed. Some days you don't even want to be alive. The heaviness and weight washes over your entire body and you feel you can't breathe. You've tried everything - and nothing seems to work. I get it. But...it does get better and you are not alone. It's so important to remember that because you can feel so isolated and like you are the only person to ever feel this way. The 4 count breathing really helps and spending less time on the computer and MORE time in nature helps. Nature is very healing. Staring at the blue skies, feeling the wind blow, feeling the earth beneath you. Make sure the meds aren't doing all the work. Journal, get to know your demons so you can release them. Anxiety is darkness waiting to be healed by the light. I know you can get through this. Just know you are not alone. Everyone suffers through their #@$%&*. BE GENTLE ON YOURSELF. You mean something to this world.
