I do know from being with moodtracker.com that I seem to cycle 1 1/2 months baseline and then 1 month depression. It's sort depressing in itself to know this but now I can predict.

I don't necessarily have SADD but cold, cloudless, days with snow on the ground does compound my depression. I do know from being with moodtracker.com that I seem to cycle 1 1/2 months baseline and then 1 month depression. It will be interesting to see what the next 3 months data shows.

Medications for 1st quarter 2011
02-21-2011 - Present:Children's Multivitamin (chewable), 1 mg.2 per day
02-21-2011 - Present:Caltrate Calcium & Vitamin D Chewables, 600 mg.1 per day
02-21-2011 - Present:Seroquel XR, 300 mg.1 per day (I take it at bedtime.)
02-21-2011 - Present:Lamictal (Lomotrigine), 200 mg.1 per day
02-21-2011 - Present:Prilosec (generic of), 20 mg.1 per day

Looks like a trend is there to me.

By the way did you know about an English term called Pathetic Fallacy, it's where the author uses the weather to indicate the character's mood. It's definitely true that this affects our moods to, in my opinion.
