Honey is enriched with antioxidants which helps in fighting many diseases in human body. Its helps in lowering the blood pressure and its beneficial for treating the cough and sore throat. I've found natural and pure honey here https://sportsinside.co.uk/col... , now I'm looking for the best way of eating it. It might be with milk or water, or adding into another food. Toss fresh fruit chunks in honey-sweetened low-fat plain yogurt. Sweeten a smoothie with honey instead of sugar. Top your morning cereal, hot or cold, with honey. Spread almond butter on a brown rice cracker and drizzle with honey.
