I have also experienced some bad nausea on Latuda. I've only been on it for a little over a week and I already don't know how I will deal with it. However, I have found something that helps tremendously! Young Living Essential Oil Blend "Digize." I ordered some of their empty vegetable capsules, and I put one drop of Digize and 3 drops of olive oil in the capsule and take it right after I eat with the Latuda. It really does eradicate it for me.

The only issue is that I'm lazy sometimes :D and I don't want to get out the drops and put it all together (it gets messy and spills, I put a paper plate underneath when pouring). I only do the Digize regimen when I feel the nausea actually coming on, because like the previous post said, it doesn't always happen and it's hit or miss. When I take the Digize, the nausea is gone within minutes.

Digize can be purchased directly from the Young Living website.

To go off of what I posted earlier, I have found something that works even better than the Young Living Digize oil for nausea. Sea bands! They are these bracelets you wear that have 'acupuncture' points in them that prevent nausea. I didn't believe it at first, but man, they work! I have had zero nausea or queasiness with them. I put them on as soon as I take latuda in the evening and keep them on until I lay down to sleep and then take them off for the night. Very effective and inexpensive!

https://www.amazon.com/Sea-Ban...

Highly recommend them if you experience nausea of any kind with any med.
