Just wondering if anyone has had or knows of panic attacks (fear in body symptoms- racing heart, light-headed, weak legs, sick stomach) at the end of the day or early eve as a result of taking slow release Ritalin. It would be wearing off about then. I have noticed no beneficial effect from the Ritalin, as in I suspect I don't even have ADHD along with BP II.

Or maybe the Ritalin in combo with Wellbutrin, Depakote, Clonazepam- the other meds I take. Ativan prn helps the symptoms.

A few months ago I was put on a very low dose of Vyvance for ADHD. I often would wake up in the middle of the night with my heart racing. I finally stopped taking it after I spent one miserable day with all the symptoms of a heart attack.

If I even have ADHD it is not severe enough to interfere with my life. I couldn't see risking my life for what little improvement in life quality that I did experience. Stimulants for a person with bipolar just doesn't make sense to me.
