Hi all
I've been fighting to get enough sleep I can fall asleep easily but I get woken up multiply times per night I have 3 children under the age of 5 years old , one is teething the other two have nightmares /night terrors on top of that they all are dealing with a cough that wakes up everyone . I try napping during the afternoon but it seems just when I fall asleep one of the children needs their mommy

My sleep sucks I take Zolpidem (Ambien) and it worked great at first only okay now probably tolerance. Trazodone,I had to take so much of like 500 mgs, Seroquel was pretty good at 100mg but I would 'sleep eat' and be groggy in the mronings, zolpidem gives me none of those problems IF I go to bed a half hour after taking it. Sleepy Time tea and Calms Forte are pretty good over the counter but most important of all is learning about healthy sleep hygiene. Hope this is of some help to you.
