I have discovered THE Breakthrough for getting to sleep and getting way more sleep than before!
BEST OF ALL - IT'S COMPETELY NATURAL - OUR BODY PRODUCES IT - just some of us maybe not enough.

Anyhow, the dual spectrum means it works in 2 ways - Fall asleep faster & Stay asleep longer.
The tablets are in 2 halves - one for quick release and the other releases slowly over night.

While these seem to be working a treat against anything else I've tried (including 10mg of diazepam, xanax etc. which I really didn't like doing as they are narcotics), I still wasn't able to achieve any more than max 5 hours sleep until last night!

REASON? I have QUIT COFFEE - PERIOD. NO MORE MADNESS! It's a SERIOUS drug is caffeine and TOTALLY unnecessary!
I have replaced it with hot chocolate for now as i do desire a hot drink at least 3 times a day - especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

I've started taking Lamotrigine since 1 week now as other meds backfired on me before. Sofar so good, too early to tell but in general my cycling has been fairly baseline on average this last week - perhaps the placebo effect of finally being on the drug I've been researching and demanding from my Psych since the start.

I fully agree with "Sincere" - the more sleep I can achieve, the more tolerant, patient and better mood next day.
Sleep has a HUGE effect on my mood swings. I have never had such bad insomnia before - this all started just 4 months ago when I got sober and clean and is not uncommon.

I will report again in 1 week from today and share my progress with the absence of caffeine and possible assistance of the lamotrigine already.

We can win this battle - sharing experience and advice is invaluable. Great website, I'll be posting lots more on here...

Thanks for your info and SLEEP WELL everybody!

Be careful with the hot chocolate, chocolate contains some caffeine tho not nearly as much as coffee. I take lamictal, I also have seroquel which knocks me out and helps me sleep. I usually get good sleep with theses in combo with my other meds, it has to be serious for these not to do the trick.
