I have stopped drinking Coffee now completely since 10 days!
OMG have things changed - for the better! and better!
I don't care what anyone says, I think it's as bad a drug as cocaine amongst other things.
It can get me very anxious, very confused, scatters my thoughts (clockwork overdrive), and even 1 in the morning only surely doesn't promote sleep at any time even 16 hours later.
It is said that caffeine is out of your system within 5-6 hours but I don't believe it - at least not for me.
I can now concentrate better, focus, think, be calm, and best of all I actually SLEEP BETTER!
I was so addicted I would wake up at 3am and go get a cup - how sick is that?!
Anyway, that was that, no more :)
Hot chocolate does it for me now and not too many either.
Gotta have some pleasures left in life...
