Hi! I'm a teenager and my school has a very heavy workload, so I usually have to stay up until 1-2 AM studying or finishing assignments. Especially during exam weeks, I would often stay up until 3 AM or so cramming. But on rare occasions that I finish my studies early, or days that I don't have anything to do, I stay up late for no reason. On those days, I tend to stay up doing nothing, just sitting in my room, doing absolutely nothing until 12 PM (on these kinds of days, I go to bed at around 1-12 PM).
I used to think that it was just me trying to get used to sleeping early again, and I would try to get myself to sleep by turning all the lights off and getting into bed, but once I did that, I would feel a strange sense of guilt.
Has anyone else experienced this guilt? Or does anyone have any tips to help me sleep?

(I don't drink coffee, and I can't use my phone past 10 PM, so things relating to staying away from caffeinated drinks and technology before sleeping don't really apply to my situation)
