My older sis has SAD. I'm not sure if I do or not. Its not as bad as hers IF I do. The thing is that I've been more depressed than I have been for some time. I moved to Utah from Oakland where the weather is much more temperate. Its in the upper 20's & lower 30's now in Orem, Utah. I'm used to driving to the snow when I want to see it! I don't like the idea of being cooped up by the weather.

I usually enjoy the Holidays, starting with Halloween & on through the New Year. I certainly haven't 'caught the Holiday Spirit' yet this year. It could be that I'm homesick or lonely as most my family is in the Bay Area.

Right now I'm finding it hard to simply go through the motions of daily living. I'm still showing up though. Sometimes that's all I can do.
