Today was the nicest day of the year so far in Orem, Ut. Beautiful sunny day. Funny thing is that we got the most snow of the year only a few days ago. Because the two events were so close together the difference (in my mood) was very noticeable.

Instead of studying I spent hours trimming the apple tree and other things in the backyard. I was in such a good mood and getting things done ~ it was a great day. Being from the Bay Area, Ca. I'm just getting used to 'real' winters. Apparently this winter was extremely mild.

I guess I'm just wondering if others notice to what degree the weather has an effect on their mood(s). Some people get depressed in the Spring & I'm sure I'm not immune to such a thing happening. In my case its far less likely for me to get depressed in Spring or Summer. When I injured my knee in Aug, 2005 it sure did.

Anyway, i hope somebody has something to share on this topic....
