I have felt like a big fat sweaty meatball all summer. I moved to the Utah Valley about four years ago from Northern California and I've already become very acclimated to the winter. And I lived in the Mojave by Palm Springs doing construction during the hottest months of the year for four years. I don't know why I've been so hot and have had no interest in getting a tan. Its like I can't stand it if its more than 75 degrees in my apartment - which is what it is right now at 3 AM.

I'm 46 and I thought I would start wanting it to be hotter than cooler. I'm tired of these 90's and can't wait for some 50's and 60's. I'm too old and hairy to be going around sporting tank tops. My friend, an avid golfer, just got some nasty thing removed from his lip - some kind of cancer from too much sun.

Of course I'm saying this now but when the darkness and cold come - we'll see what I'll be talking about then!
