An earlier forum post indicated a user reported that their anti-virus software was triggered while interacting with MoodTracker.com. We are taking this matter very seriously. Here is what we've done so far:

1. Changed our administrative passwords. Whenever there is suspicious activity reported it is prudent to change the passwords.

2. Checked our Google Webmaster Tools account. Since Google indexes the web for their search engine, they are able to find and locate malicious software and warn users of their search engine about potentially harmful web pages. They are reporting MoodTracker.com free of malware.

3. Performed an external scan using the following websites:
http://www.siteadvisor.com/sit...
http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/sc...
http://www.unmaskparasites.com...
http://www.qualys.com/
All of these sites report no malware on MoodTracker.com

4. Requested a deep internal scan from our hosting company. This is pending and we will report our results here in a follow-up post.

At this point in time MoodTracker.com is reporting that it is free of malware. I hope this helps.

I only had that one occurrence, and that was when using a public unsecured wireless network that applied tracking cookies and adware to your web browsing session, as part of your DHCP / IP address usage agreement. I suspect the attack would have happened no matter whatever web site I was on at that point in time.

I have not have had any problems before or after while on my personal network access service.

Thanks for checking into it and staying on top of things.
