Hi,

I recently received a revised diagnosis of Bipolar II after being classified as having depression. I'm learning about the symptoms, brain structure, neurotransmitters, drug options, therapies and coping skills all at once.

While completing some self care in looking for support groups, I found the moodtracker site. This seems very similar to sheets I've been completing in the inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and I'm glad not to have to reinvent the wheel to find a way to continue to chart my mood while establishing out-patient care! I'm glad this resource is available.
