I've recently changed my medications and they are doing well for my depression, but my mouth is dry and bitter and I get sleep attack daily between 1 and 3. This is not the same sleep attack I used to get when I was working. Today I am sleepy from the time I woke up! and my mouth is dry and bitter.

My sleep wasn't that good last night and woke up looking at the clock too many times.

I am glad that I had a few good days free from the chains of depression and don't want to ruin it. And I don't know if I can get a hold of my doctor and not sure how to explain things to him since everything is so all over the place and the only consistancy is my dry mouth. Drowsiness is also consistant but sometimes its in the day time, like today, and other days I have energy during the day and I get really drowsy after 1pm.

Has anyone had any of these symptoms?

I know I have. I only take Wellbutrin for now, occasionally ambien and melatonin (which neither seem to do much for me now). I haven't researched it, but I remember I used to get these crashes from it when I took it for about a year previously. My doctor told me to take it at night right as I was falling asleep. I can definitely relate to your sleep attacks. What a horrible feeling to not get to sleep, finally get about 5-6 rough hours... wake up and think you can struggle through the day... then around 1 pm-5pm be back asleep in almost a paralyzed state. There is no way of fighting it, I feel like a bear who needs to hibernate. The only way I have gotten through 1/15 of those days in the last month successfully was to sit up on a couch in an uncomfortable position, that way I sort of drifted into the paralyzed state but didn't fully fall asleep. I felt very uncomfortable sleep-wise... worse than I did when even ambien wouldn't put me out after 30 hours of being awake. I feel for you
