Im a 44 year old woman who suffers from severe anxiety and in the last couple years Ive been talking with my doctor about being perimenapausal. It seems like the week before I am supposed to start my period I go off the deep end emotionally......I end up quitting my job, disowning my family, or many times I have ended up incarcerated. The end result is that the next day I always start my period....ugh!!! I feel crazy and like a nut job.

sorry you are having problems with your monthly friend, have you asked your doctor if you could suffer from pmdd?
