I've been feeling really anxious all of the time and I don't know why. I'm doing well in school and work, taking all of my meds and my bipolar seems to be under control. I'm just not feeling good, like I'm nervous or worried all of the time and I can't get anything done. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anybody have any advice?

Yes, it has. I had this nervous, skin crawling feeling the week that I signed up for school. I was so afraid it was the wrong decision and my money hadn't come through for sure yet. Are you sure there isn't something in the back of your mind that is nagging you? If you can't think of anything and it goes on another week I would talk to your pdoc and see if your meds don't need tweaking.

Thanks for the response. I have been feeling like this for more than a month now and it seems to be getting worse. I'll definitely talk to my doc about it but for the time being I'm really not sure what I should do.

So I got diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and prescribed Seroquel. I don't know much about either of them.

Not sure about Seroquel, maybe look at the information page? Anxiety is horrible, but you can overcome it. :)
