Last 30 Days and Sorting Enhancements

A new time frame value of "Last 30 Days" was added to the mood chart display. The chart now defaults to this new value and it should make the chart easier to understand. In addition the medication history and journal records on the chart are now sorted in descending order. This now makes the most current information appear at the top of the the page rather than at the bottom.
