I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience I have had. Yesterday I was at my tdoc and I mentioned I still sometimes had denial that I had Bipolar II. She said she couldn't understand my saying that because she thinks I am working very hard to get well.
I tried to explain how both things could go on at the same time and failed horribly. Has anyone else had this happen, or have you succeeded in explaining it to your care people?

And the last time I acted on that I went off my meds and straight onto a six year drunk.
