Here :D
I'm 19, and I was diagnosed when I was 17. I've been on so many meds already, but currently on Lithium and it's going well :D

Hello rm_13,

Thank you for sharing. Your post made me feel good because it brings hope for people who are feeling frustrated and hopeless. You've faced the challenges and persisted with different meds even though it was probably quite tough. Now you're on Lithium and it is going well. That is great news.

Hi rm_13
I'm 40 something and was diagnosed when i was in my thirties but then the DX changed again and again. I too have been on many meds and have been an inpatient four times trying to get them figured out. Sometimes it was just because my body got too used to so I had to change. I have no idea what meds I've been on... my memory stinks... but i know it's been a lot. Now I'm on Tegratol and Seroquil and I'm doing better than I think I ever have BP wise. A few bumps in the road but still great for my family. They are enjoying having a "normal" Mom for once.
Glad to meet you and I'm glad you are doing so well.
Mooky :D

n.n Thanks, and yeah I know what you mean Mooky. Maybe not exactly, but I do about the memory thing. I really dislike not being able to remember the things I tell my family, or the person I'm with and it just makes me feel bad. I can't even rememebr what I had for breakfast, or if I even did...most of the time ;-;
