MEDS I am worried about taking during the day

my new psych changed me from taking 600mg Seroquel at night to help me sleep to Seroquel er one in the morning to one in evening - that makes no sense to me so I have not filled the script yet I have stayed on what I have been on, what should I tell him, in one way I want I want to tell him I tried it and it did not work and then the other hand its way more expensive and two I am afraid of falling asleep while I am driving help me with some advice or your thoughts on this.

I think you really need to be honest with your pdoc. You have real concerns about both the driving and the cost and you seem confused about why he changed your meds. You deserve answers for all these concerns but you can only get them by asking the questions honestly. Remember, your pdoc is part of a team, your team, not a parent you need to 'get around'.
