By the looks of your graph I'd say you REALLY should call your PDOC soon.

Your bipolar is defiantly not under any kind of control.

If you won't go to the hospital at least call your GP and ask for advice about the hip. If it's just twisted he'll probably tell you to rest it and use alternating hot and cold packs on it. That's what mind did for a twisted knee once.
Good luck and please get help soon.

heh.. jargon.. PDOC is psychiactric doctor
you'll also see TDOC for therapist.
as opposed to your family doc or primary physician

I actually use PDOC for prescribing doctor because mine is a psychiatric registered nurse practitioner not a true psych.

yea.. thanks for responses

I missed group therapy last week.. and now i'm hoping that when I return they'll let me in!

I guess I have to ask the receptionist about receiving a caregiver. They told me I would be assigned one, but I havent found out who.. or heard from this person at all!

My parents told me that someone called their house from the center I attend, but they didn't leave a name or number?! - - -Maybe that's the Infamous Caregiver...

We'll see...

Thanks again
Nikki
