Core Mood vs Mixed Mood Redux

I saw a thread dealing with this and was thankful for Kitty's explanation. I hope that she will see this thread and weigh in.

That said, what I am doing is to log my core mood, but if there is any kind of change (at this moment it would be a lift), even for a half an hour for the day, I evaluate it and put it in the mixed mood section.

I don't know if that is another way of using the two charts, but that is what I have been doing and what I will explain to my doc when he looks at my progress.
