Trust me, there are sooo many people going through what your going through. Don't feel alone. You'll get through it. the most important part is that you recognize that there is a problem and your not ignoring your feelings. whether or not you realize it, people care about you. This is a great site because it makes you take a look at how your doing, so instead of ignoring your feelings, you have to confront them. If you start to feel yourself slipping into that cave of dark thoughts what you can do is try to figure out the things that make you feel better. Maybe go for a walk, get some coffee with friends, read a book, look at something funny, or do whatever it is that you enjoy. Whatever you do don't let yourself be alone with your thoughts. that's a dangerous place to go and it definitely wont make you feel better.
