Today I woke up normal no sadness but no eminent hapness also, I just feel normal... bit distrated and zombi cause I didnt have a very good night. at work but not much can still do things.... my cicles are so fast that they are running over me... crazy crazy crazy... let's see what tonight waits for me, my doctor told me to stop effexor cold turnkey. On lony on lexapro and tompamax, lets see what happens. She told she is not adding anythingn to my drugs untill she see the real effects to this 2 drgs on me... I'm hopping I'm still functioning by them

Thanks Lizabeth. its has been really hard to accept the reality! I guess its harder for me cause I dont have family around me and my living situation with my fiancee its no ideal, he is an alcaholic and he was diagnosed bipolar also, not sure what level yet, so we are both strugling to get stable and we have a 9 month old baby, and very demanding jobs. We both work doing sales. Thanks for your suportive words.
