I have lost 15 pounds so far this year doing Weight Watchers. I do go to the weekly meetings. It is good to be surrounded by people that have the same problem. The plan itself is really sensible, and the Simple Start plan (vs counting points) really gets results. I cheat a lot because of one thing, the cafeteria at work has these amazing giant cookies. They are my downfall and when I get depressed, I eat them. So far this year I have cycled a lot, and therefore, have eaten more than my share of cookies. So my progress is slow. But hey, just before I joined I gained almost 40 pounds in four months. There seems to be no end in sight. Weight Watches fixed that.
By the way, I have done Jenny Craig three times in the last 25 years. Weight Watchers is so much better and far less expensive.
