I agree its the sugar and the processed foods. I did an experiment while baseline I drank some soda, and I shot through the roof!!! I was a high that I wanted to come down from but I couldn't for at least an hour, it was terrible, I was fidgety and felt manic. Afterward once I came down I ate some junk food, and again the same thing, not as bad but I was manic.
Wholefoods is the way to go, once before I consumed only whole foods never raising my glucose levels and I was happy to report stabilized 95% alone from eating and drinking properly.
I love sugar too, but once you stay away from it, even its evil counter-part fake sugar you will beat the cravings. It takes a month for me to see results, and once I have the urge again, I must ignore it, the urge will come once in a while.
Good luck with this, have you kicked the sugar habit? There are books on this subject alone, I believe I will purchase myself one soon. As the saying goes, Sugar is evil!
