Hi all, I am a newbie to this site. I have only used it a couple of days, but I have a question. Does anyone know if there is a way to track exercise on here as well? I am typing it in the comments, but I would like to see a direct comparision between mood and exercise on the chart itself. I really like the site and it seems to have everything else I need.
Thanks,
Kim

Hi Kim
I'm new also. I noticed on the tab "My Account" there is a green box that says, "Upgrade to MoodTracker Plus+" It costs $24.95 a year. If you click the link that says "Learn More" ...there is an exercise tracker on it. I hope this helps.

Hi Kim!

I only have time to check in here about once or twice a month. I use to make notes in the comments too about exercise, but I really love using the upgrade and being able to just check it. I've been letting social rythym disruptions and extreme heat interfere with my exercise routine and my mood is suffering. The green dots on my chart show when I exercise. I didn't show you my July chart because there are no green dots on it. I need to again make it a top priority and get back on track again because I know from experience that it really is a good mood stablizer.
